General conditions

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all services provided by Nordic Express & Logistics Finland Oy are carried out in accordance with the General Conditions of the Nordic Association of Freight Forwarders, NSAB 2015 (in effect as of 1 January 2016).

The conditions set out the rights and obligations of the freight forwarder and the customer, including liability under the applicable transport conventions such as CMR and CIM.
